Color Combo
I love the mix of the citron and the aubergine. So happy and bright.

Cheap Monday!!
I do realize this is actually a Tuesday but I'm a busy woman! I was shopping this weekend at Urban Outfitters and I somehow for got that they sell home goods as well. I got two pillow's for my friend's living room and came across a few tapestries that would be wonderful for a headboard wall, or a little space where you needed some color without the cost of wallpaper. This is ideal for renters or tiny NYC apartments that the entire wall is filled with the tapestry. P.S. The furniture at Urban Outfitters is actually super cute and reasonably priced!
Enjoy Shopping!

Happy Weekend!!
This might be a fun project to do this weekend! If you have to go to the hardware store you might as well pick up a few extra bolts. By Monday you will have an impossibly cool bracelet.
{you will need:}
3 strands of twine cut into one yard pieces, 18 small brass hex nuts and a bit of dexterity
2. start braiding
3. at about an inch of the way down, you’ll begin braiding in the nuts
4. before you braid the far left strand over the middle strand, thread on a nut, push it against the base of the braid, and crossover; depending on the thickness of the twine, you can wrap tape around the bottom tips to prevent the twine from fraying.
5. keep your thumb at the base of the braid, holding the nut in its place
6. before you braid the far right strand over the middle, thread on another nut, push it against the base of the braid and crossover
7. again, hold your thumb tightly against the base of the braid, keeping the nuts in place
8. thread another nut onto the far left piece and crossover.
9. repeat the steps, by threading the rest of the nuts to the outer pieces of twine before they are crossed over
10 & 11. thread, cross, thread, cross
12. finish the bracelet with another inch of braided twine and a knot
the bracelet should wrap around your wrist at least two or three times; trim it to your liking
Mix and match with a few other bracelets and you are good to go.

Elephant in the Room...
I've been obsessed with these little ceramic elephant tables since I was little. My grandmother has a pair in her house and I always thought they were so amazing. Now I have my own place and I think I have found the perfect spot for one. I'm really leaning towards the jade colored one.
This little Jade one is $79.00 there are more colors HERE .
P. S. I just received my sofa back from the upholsterers!! I am so excited to show you my living room. I'll take pics this weekend.
