Happy Adorable Weekend

My friend is having a little girl this fall and I have been helping her with her nursery. I came across this really great blog Chic & Cheap Nursery . This site will give you tons of great ideas. Here is one of the rooms that I fell in love with. Loved the idea of framing a few of the baby clothes. They grow out of them so fast and they are so stinking cute, why not! :) AND the color scheme of coral and green is so fun.

This little girl's name is Presley isn't she lucky! P.S you can get that adorable "Child of God" print here .

Moody Blue Artwork for your Weekend

These are both really cool and wouldn't be hard to do it yourself! Maybe you could take a camera along with you to the park or even the air show in Daytona this weekend to create this wonderful artwork. Or you could grab a paint brush and a canvas and make this super easy chic painting.

Equestrian Chic

I have been obsessed with this beautiful horse artwork for a few weeks now.  Just like the horses themselves, the artwork provides a regal and elegant touch to an interior. There is a relaxed stateliness that I associate with horses featured in interiors. I think a horse statue, or artwork can really add warmth, movement, texture, and beauty to an interior.

Line drawing

Sometimes just a few lines is all it takes to tell a story. I love this artist, she has a great blog too. :) Just like in interior design less is more.

Cheap Monday

Over the weekend I got creative and painted a few little canvases for a friend. It's not very expensive, you can get paint and a canvas at your local hobby store for under $10. Here is how mine turned out.

If you don't want to do your own there are lots of great artists on etsy or you can just email me and I'll make you one. :)
