Cheap Monday!!

This great Before and After was showcased on Design Sponge a few weeks ago. I was perusing my local Orlando Craigslist over the weekend and found it for sale. I think it's so great. Do any of you need an awesome vintage sofa for your sun porch? You better get it before I do.

Vintage Beachwear

Have you ever gone to a vintage shop and found the perfect thing but never actually wanted to wear it? These swimsuits are just the thing. They are so stylish and wonderful that you wouldn't want them hidden away but it's not actually wear worthy. I think these would be so perfect in a beach house or even to add to your mix of photos around the house for the summer months. This would even make a fun summer mantle.

Weekend Recap

Just got back from Brooklyn and I feel refreshed and inspired and filled with love from my best friends. I think we might have walked 90 miles over the course of this weekend and I'm very impressed with my very pregnant friend that practically lead the way. :) Here are a few pics from the weekend.

This is my friend's patio that I'm obsessed with. It's wonderful because it is so large and private.  To find a patio like this in NYC is nearly impossible, good find, my friend.

Morning walk in Brooklyn Heights. This is the spot where I started to fall in love with Brooklyn.

This is the Iris Cafe. The food is wonderful it has a great mix of hipster meets farmers market.

These pics are from the Brooklyn Flea Market. I could have died and gone to heaven.

This is the most genius table that my friend purchased. It's actually a picnic table but folds up to an adorable trunk. Oh what will they think of next.

Trunk Junk

I really love mixing the old with the new. A cool way to do that is with these vintage trunks! Use them as coffee tables, end tables, or nightstands. Stack them, paint them, or use them on your fabulous trip to the Mediterranean.

This cool photo is from flco

This one was found on ebay

This cool project was done on Design Sponge

Found these cool trunks on the Orlando Craigslist .....great find!
